CARE:
For best results follow care instructions on labels of garments. Washing a garment in cold water and air drying minimizes shrinking.

SHIPPING:
Udown will determine the best shipping method for your order. The carrier we use most is the USPS, but sometimes UPS or FedEx may be used. Orders will typically arrive within 4-10 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of purchase. To return or exchange items by mail you must send items to our store and indicate if you want us to credit the card you used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you would like to exchange the item, let us know exactly what you would like (include name of product, size and color). Also you must give us the name and address of where you want us to send it to.
*We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. In the case of an exchange we will cover shipping costs to you.
